The Cortland Family Practice Health Center, originally opened September 19, 1994, and serves people of all ages. We welcome you to be a part of our family — at this or any Family Health Network center. Our Doctors, Pediatrician, and Physician Assistants provide your whole family with comprehensive primary health care services including: Behavioral Health Services, Substance Use Disorder Services, Women’s Health and OB.
