Family Health Network (FHN) has zero tolerance for violence and/or abuse from our patients/families directed at FHN’s employees, other patients, business associates, or property. Zero tolerance for violence and/or abuse and the consequence of that behavior is clearly communicated to patients in the Patient Rights and Patient Responsibilities listings provided to new patients, and readily available to all patients at all FHN Health Centers.
Behavior that is aggressive, threatening, demeaning, or disruptive will not be tolerated. This behavior includes, but is not limited to, swearing, yelling, or hitting a person or property.
Not following this policy will result in immediate discharge from Family Health Network.
