FHN has been awarded BOTH the Gold+ and Silver Awards from the American Heart Association (AHA) for the Target BP program based on 2022 quality data!  FHN received Gold+ (at least 70% of the adult population’s blood pressure is controlled) for all sites, except Cincinnatus, where we received a Silver Award (finished just under 70%).  Providing excellent health care means keeping up with advancing treatment recommendations.
